I have similar issue after upgrading to 2103. Only happens once you roll the client out (i'm using 5.00.9049.1035) Not all clients have the issue. On my PC the client fixed itself after 5 days Have logged a support call. If I forget to come back with the answer, I will probably blog about it here https://britv8.com
