Yes, it magically started working in Windows 11. No clue as to why it took a week to work. No changes were made.

Thank you. The registry key for Edge still does not exist. I will open a request with Microsoft. Once a solution is discovered I will update this thread.

After my previous post, I realized I was incorrect in my initial thought that the ConfigureViewInFileExplorer setting differed between Windows 10 and 11. They are the same.
My thought then hinged on the lack of any Administrative Templates\Microsoft Edge settings in the Local Group Policy Editor on Windows 11. However, there are also Windows 10 computers with no Administrative Templates\Microsoft Edge settings that work fine.

Thank you! Any insight you have will be helpful.
Happy New Year!

I also tried using New-PSDrive from PowerShell to map to a One Drive account. This works in Windows 10, but not in Windows 11. In Windows 11, it generates this error:
The specified drive root "{path to One Drive files}" either does not exist, or it is not a folder.
I suspect this has the same root cause as the View in File Explorer issue.

This option became available in our tenant yesterday. I have made the group policy entry and confirmed this is working. Early testing indicates this may be more stable than the Internet Explorer option. Using IE, users would occasionally need to open the URL again in IE to reauthenticate the mapped drive. I am hopeful that will no longer be required.

Thank you! I did not notice this message center article when it was published. I'll keep trying every few days until it works.

There is a message that says something to the affect of Hmmm....We seem to be having a problem opening your file...." I'll get a screen shot tomorrow to post. As best as I can tell, the preview function simply doesn't work for zip files > 2 GB. I have been unable to find any documentation on this limitation, but it seems to exist.
