Thank You for your response Alex.I actuallly got some info on my previous query on the voice gateways thing.Turns out these are models of Cisco routers that do support snmp so i am good with it. Actually i am now interested in knowing if Firewall devices from Fortigate and Palo alto are supported. I am trying to get the snmp support related info from vendors as you suggested.Meanwhile if these devices do support snmp would it would be ok to assume that SCOM would work on them. I actually downlaoded a list of supported vendors from the scom website URL below but see Fortigate and Palo alto missing.: https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=51219 .There are few specific models PA-3020,PA-850 ,FortiGate 300E,FortiGate 200D that i am interested.I am tryingto google as well meanwhile but any leads on the support for these models would be useful
