Eric Landes Speaks About Working with Remote Teams at the next Chicago ALM User Group

Have you had to work with remote teams? If you are working in a technology related field, especially software development, chances are you answered “YES”.  Were those remote teams in different time zones, or did they speak another language? Good chance that is the case as well.  Eric Landes is an experienced developer from the Midwest who has also worked on teams in this situation.  Eric is going to join us in November to show us effective ways to improve how software development teams operate when they have different configurations of local and remote team members. This can include off shore teams, team members in different locations across the country, or for teams with members that want to work from home. Eric will also discuss how to evaluate the effectiveness of the different remote strategies against business goals.

Eric Landes has been involved with the IT industry for close to 20 years. As a Solution Architect for AgileThought he helps coach and implement agile solutions in primarily Microsoft environments.
