Compression Estimator Version 1.0.3.0 fixes a script generation bug

Thanks to CodePlex member masteroz who pointed out conidtions where the resulting SQL script generation resulted in syntax errors.

It's all fixed now and available in V1.0.3.0 on https://ssce.codeplex.com
