Hello everyone...This is Charles Teague. I am a Support Escalation Engineer with the Commerce Server support team.  I support several products but my primary focus is with Microsoft Commerce Server.

I have been with Microsoft for over 15 years now and supported many different products going all the way back to Windows 286/386.  More recently I have been part of the support team going all the way back to Site Server 3.0 and followed through to the current incarnation known as Commerce Server 2007.

I decided to start this blog as an avenue for me to share information with the community out there who are supporting, developing and managing Commerce Server sites.
