Microsoft Powertoys for Photographers
It has been a while since I last took a look at the Microsoft Powertoys site, but there are a few new ones up there.
Two of the the 3 latest toys seem to be directed at digital photographers. From the powertoys site:

I am definately a fan of the classic powertoys like TweakUI.
Now if only we had a toy that would let us change the background on multiple monitors...
