Gadget Etiquette (or lack thereof)

I wish I could say I've never done this, but I'm ashamed to say that I have.

It's definitely a growing problem...you're always connected, so you always need to be connected. As with anything, there are pluses and minuses, but we need to remember that there are people right there with us, and those people deserve our respect and attention. It's certainly something I need to give more thought to occasionally...what do you think?

Are our gadgets making us more rude, or are they just a symptom of a larger problem?
