Customer Care Framework

I've been in Redmond all week checking out CCF with the product group. Some of my clients are looking at utilising its features and so I'm busy getting the lowdown on the CCF roadmap etc.

Not many people tend to have heard about it and its capabilities and so expect a blog post imminently with more information and perhaps some technical samples.

Oh and I won't forget to write a quick post about interop performance, honest! In point of fact, I'm still trying to get round to writing some game dev content for you. The best things come to those who wait right?!
