Definitely got attention.
I loved how Dunkin' Donuts was giving away free (in Chicago, at least) or reduced price (in DC) coffee during that time. Smart.
But, the proof is in the pudding.
You make your "retraining" this public and you raise expectations.
I'm curious...for those of you who went to Starbucks today and who knew about yesterday's shutdown....what happened?
