Giving Customers the Megaphone...

I was so impressed with Laurie Brice's questions at the NMR event, that I sent her a copy of Office 2007.

She called me up to say thanks and made me an offer I couldn't refuse, "I think I'd be a great reference for other customers to understand the potential of Microsoft technology."

And you better believe, I'm going to give her the chance (many, in fact).
