Momentum for .NET in Federal applications

Someone who works for a federal integrator wrote in a post on Theserverside.com that he's seeing increasing momentum toward the .NET platform for applications in the US Federal Government.  The post is here: https://www.theserverside.com/news/thread.tss?thread_id=40611.
