Here is the very simple Twitter service I built for the Twitter Blimp - you'll need this to make the other Mashed 08 public code work.

A very basic service, it connects to the public xml timeline from Twitter and takes the first tweet. If that tweet differs from the last one it posts a notification. The SimPlay application in the Public Code zip consumes this notification and uses it to publish the tweet onto the side of the blimp:
