Windows Server Appfabric 1.1 RTM is now available: Whats new?

The much awaited Windows Server Appfabric 1.1 is now RTM and available for download. Windows Server Appfabric as we know includes the on premise caching and hosting service. The new features of 1.1 are:

  • Read-Through/Write-Behind
  • Graceful Shutdown
  • Domain Accounts
  • New ASP.NET Session State and Output Caching Provider
  • Compression
  • Multiple Cache Client Application Configuration Sections
