While I'm in a blogging mood (I've answered about 300 emails tonight) we just did a full test pass on Windows Server 2003 SP1 and everything works fine.  So if nothing changes in the next week or three it means your upgrade to Windows Server 2003 SP1 should be painless (no registry key to change or anything)...
