While installing the patch KB974417 https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=491874d4-5eea-4545-9b7d-3861857c862e&displaylang=en we receive the following error message: "None of the products that are addressed by this software update are installed on this computer. Click Cancel to exit setup."

In order to resolve the issue, please follow the steps indicated below:
• Uninstall kb 976569 and kb 976570 from the Add/remove programs
• Install kb 974417
• Reinstall kb 976569 and kb 976570. The kb 974417 will no longer show in the Add/remove programs. Even Windows Update will stop offering the kb 974417.
