Windows XP SP 3 遠端桌面連接 Windows Azure Virtual Machines 錯誤處理

Windows XP Service Pack 3 支援將於 2014 年 4 月 8 日終止，目前仍在使用 Windows XP Service Pack 3 的用戶若是嘗試使用內建之遠端桌面連接 Windows Azure Virtual Machines 所建立的 Windows Server 2008 R2/ 2012 會發生 「身份驗證錯誤（代碼：0x507）」( Authentication code error: 0x507 )，處理方式如下:

Windows XP Service Pack 3 用戶必須手動將遠端桌面 (Remote Desktop) 更新至 Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 client，相關資訊與下載連接:

當更新至 Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 後即嘗試連接 Windows Azure Virtual Machines 則會發生另一個錯誤訊息 「發生驗證錯誤。要求的安全性封裝不存在」

RDPError

這是因為 Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 中採用了「網路層級驗證」（Network Level Authentication，NLA）的方式，在遠端桌面登入前就必須先完成使用者身分驗證。Windows XP 預設 Security Support Provider Interface (SSPI) 並未支援 CredSSP 通訊協定，可以嘗試依照以下步驟 :

執行網頁內的 fix it 來開啟 CredSSP 功能。如此便可以順利透過 Windows XP 遠端桌面連接到 Windows Azure Virtual Machines 了。
