Take this opportunity to make sure your Pinpont profile is up to date.  Check out these simple steps and links...

  1. Profile yourself on Pinpoint if you are not already using Solution Profiler and then maintain your profile with the Pinpoint Dashboard.
  2. Already listed, make sure your Pinpoint profile is up-to-date and is the best representation of your company.
  3. Review the Profile Guidelines and follow the steps.
  4. Get customers to rate and review you – Partners are 10 x more likely to find new customers. Leverage the existing customer e-mail template.
  5. Check your Pinpoint Dashboard often to see how customers are finding you. Keep your Profile up-to-date. Use Pinpoint regularly
