Who you are?

I am a Senior Software Developer/Build Engineer working for Microsoft IT.

What makes you “tick”?  DavidALM

Working with IT software engineering teams to realize their full potential.  I am very passionate about software engineering processes and how Microsoft technology such of Visual Studio and Team Foundation  fits into the process puzzle.  Outside of software engineering I pursue the marriage of photography and chemistry, some what a modern day photo alchemist that is busy practicing alternative photographic process developed in 19th and early 20th centuries.

Where you live?

I am an east coast transplant living in rural Carnation, Washington.

Why are you active in the Rangers program?

I strongly believe in the ability of Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server to help software engineers efficiently deliver quality software.  A passion to be actively involved in helping further improve Microsoft's development tools and enabling people to leverage these tools in a way that drives maximum value.

What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?

I am a new member of the team and look forward to participating in opportunities involving DevOps, build , deploy, and monitoring.
