The Bing Maps Time Zone API makes it easy to find a time zone and daylight savings time (DST) for a location by query or latitude and longitude coordinates. The Time Zone API also converts UTC datetime stamps to different time zones with DST information or retrieves a Time Zone by ID and provides a list of time zone information for either the Microsoft Windows or IANA time zone standard.
