Encourage guide completion with new hire reminder emails

Onboarding can be hard. It can also be very busy. It’s easy to get lost in the swarm of emails, appointments, and documents that need to be addressed in the first few weeks. Onboarding guides that are sent might be missed or unopened, resulting in new hires missing out on important information. With Onboard, we want to help you succeed by making sure that no activities slip through the cracks. We're addressing this with the addition of email reminders.

Key features include:

  • Reminder emails sent automatically for guides that are sent but unopened after two days.
  • Reminder emails sent manually if managers resend a guide.
