Global number sequences for customers and vendors

Global number sequences for customers and vendors and customer groups and vendor groups allow business users to use a single number sequence across many legal entities.

The global number sequence also enables you to copy a customer or vendor from one legal entity to another where the same global number sequence is used. When you create a new customer or vendor, you can search for a customer or vendor in the address book and copy the customer or vendor information into the new customer, creating a copy of it. This improves usability for inter-company scenarios.
