Released version 19.12


Version 19.12 for and is now available in all regions. This article describes the updates, including the new features, and the fixes to existing functionality, which are included in this update. This version was first made available in preview on June 3, 2019, and completed worldwide rollout on June 19, 2019.

Model-driven app for Outlook to be generally available

PowerApps Plan 2 users can be more productive by interacting with their data through a model-driven app that is embedded in Outlook. Administrators will be able to get the solution from AppSource and securely deploy the model-driven app for Outlook for their users.

App makers can extend the App for Outlook to support their business processes. This will help users have their most relevant information easily accessible, right next to their email and appointments in Outlook for desktop, Outlook for web, and Outlook mobile.

Fixes and improvements

  • Solution Explorer: Delete button on managed controls - The delete button was enabled for managed custom controls, now it is disabled.
  • Solution Explorer: Solution Version Formatting - Some users were prompted to create solution with a version in the x.x.x.x format, now X.X is supported.
  • **Solution Explorer: Publisher ** - When you click to select a publisher, when creating a new solution, it would open create new publisher window rather than allowing you to select a publisher.
