Returns the text value associated with the given key as a String, or null if no mapping of the desired type exists for the given key or a null value is explicitly associated with the key.

Remarks

Returns the text value associated with the given key as a String, or null if no mapping of the desired type exists for the given key or a null value is explicitly associated with the key. This is equivalent to calling #getText getText().toString() if the value is not null.
