Create a new SessionConfiguration.

SessionHighSpeed	Obsolete. A high speed session type that can only contain instances of `OutputConfiguration`.
SessionRegular	Obsolete. A regular session type containing instances of `OutputConfiguration` running at regular non high speed FPS ranges and optionally `InputConfiguration` for reprocessable sessions.
