Deletes a range of characters.

Parameters

start: Int32

the offset of the first character.

end: Int32

the offset one past the last character.

Returns

StringBuffer

Attributes: RegisterAttribute

Exceptions

StringIndexOutOfBoundsException

if start , start > end or end > length().
