Gets a string for the given key from this resource bundle or one of its parents.

the key for the desired string

Returns

String

the string for the given key

Attributes: RegisterAttribute

Exceptions

MissingResourceException

if the resource is not found.

ClassCastException

if the resource found is not a string.

Remarks

Gets a string for the given key from this resource bundle or one of its parents. Calling this method is equivalent to calling <blockquote> (String) {@link #getObject(java.lang.String) getObject}(key). </blockquote>
