GetDefaultSignOutSchemeAsync()	Returns the scheme that will be used by default for SignOutAsync(HttpContext, String, AuthenticationProperties). This is typically specified via DefaultSignOutScheme. Otherwise this will fallback to GetDefaultSignInSchemeAsync() if that supports sign out.
GetRequestHandlerSchemesAsync()	Returns the schemes in priority order for request handling.
