Creates a new BindingSource.

Parameters

The id, a unique identifier.
- displayName
- String
The display name.
- isGreedy
- Boolean
A value indicating whether or not the source is greedy.
- isFromRequest
- Boolean
A value indicating whether or not the data comes from the HTTP request.
