ExtensionName	Gets or sets extension name of the portal if exists. Applicable to dynamic rule only.
ForwardLink	Gets or sets forward link to an external document associated with the rule. Applicable to dynamic rule only.
Id	Gets resource Id. (Inherited from ProxyOnlyResource)
IsDynamic	Gets or sets true if this is associated with a dynamically added rule
Kind	Gets or sets kind of resource. (Inherited from ProxyOnlyResource)
Level	Gets or sets level of impact indicating how critical this rule is. Possible values include: 'Critical', 'Warning', 'Information', 'NonUrgentSuggestion'
Message	Gets or sets localized name of the rule (Good for UI).
Name	Gets resource Name. (Inherited from ProxyOnlyResource)
RecommendationId	Gets or sets recommendation ID of an associated recommendation object tied to the rule, if exists. If such an object doesn't exist, it is set to null.
RecommendationName	Gets or sets unique name of the rule.
