Gets or sets whether the Rule is enabled.

true if the Rule is enabled; otherwise, false. The default value is true

Remarks

The IsEnabled property specifies whether a Rule is enabled.. If the rule is not enabled it will be ignored when an incoming message's Conditions are fulfilled and no Actions will be taken.
