Read(SerializationContext, ModelElement, XmlReader)	Unlike DecoratorHostShape, MoveableDecoratorHostShape does need to be serialized to preserve the location information. So we short-circuit the generated serializer here, and handle the serialization in ShapeElementSerializer.CustomReadElements() instead.
