pHierarchy: IVsHierarchy

[in] Pointer to the IVsHierarchy interface.

pszKey: String

[in] Name of the set of properties, the property bag.

pPropBag: IPropertyBag

[in] Pointer to the IPropertyBag interface to which the property name/value pairs are written.

Returns

Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
