grfUpgradeFlags: UInt32

[in] Flags used to determine whether the user has or has not been prompted by the environment to upgrade the solution. For more information, see __VSUPGRADEPROJFLAGS.

Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
