Returns the context stream.

Parameters

piPos: Int32

[out] The position of the non-obscurable smart-tag-related text.

piLength: Int32

[out] The length of the non-obscurable smart-tag-related text.

Returns

Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
