Parameters

addInsFolderPath

String

The path of the directory that contains one or more subdirectories of add-ins.

Returns

String[]

A collection of strings that describe warnings as the pipeline segments are evaluated.

Exceptions

AddInSegmentDirectoryNotFoundException

A segment directory is missing from the pipeline directory structure.

InvalidPipelineStoreException

There is an access violation to the pipeline directory structure.

ArgumentNullException

addInsFolderPath is null.

SecurityException

Caller does not have both read and write access permissions to the location that is specified by addInsFolderPath.

Remarks

Call this method if your add-ins are outside the pipeline directory structure.

If no new add-ins are installed, this method just validates the cache.
