Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the GetInterfaceMap(Type) method.

Parameters

interfaceType: Type

The Type of the interface of which to retrieve a mapping.

Returns

InterfaceMapping

An InterfaceMapping object representing the interface mapping for interfaceType.

Remarks

This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.

The Type.GetInterfaceMap method returns an interface mapping for the specified interface type.
