Stream. Flush Async(CancellationToken) Method
Clears all buffers for the current stream asynchronously, causes any buffered data to be written to the underlying device, and monitors cancellation requests.
public: override System::Threading::Tasks::Task ^ FlushAsync(System::Threading::CancellationToken cancellationToken);
public override System.Threading.Tasks.Task FlushAsync (System.Threading.CancellationToken cancellationToken);
override this.FlushAsync : System.Threading.CancellationToken -> System.Threading.Tasks.Task
The token to monitor for cancellation requests. The default value is None.
A task that represents the asynchronous flush operation.
The stream has been disposed.
You must preface your call to FlushAsync with the
await (C#) or
Await (Visual Basic) operator to suspend execution of the method until the task is complete. For more information, see Asynchronous Programming with Async and Await.
