View. On Mode Changing(FormViewModeEventArgs) Method
Raises the ModeChanging event.
protected: virtual void OnModeChanging(System::Web::UI::WebControls::FormViewModeEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnModeChanging (System.Web.UI.WebControls.FormViewModeEventArgs e);
abstract member OnModeChanging : System.Web.UI.WebControls.FormViewModeEventArgs -> unit override this.OnModeChanging : System.Web.UI.WebControls.FormViewModeEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnModeChanging (e As FormViewModeEventArgs)
This method is called when the FormView control is not bound to a data source control, the mode change was not canceled, and an event handler is not registered for the event.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
The OnModeChanging method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
