Remarks

Note

Applications should not use the parameterless constructor without parameters-the parameterless constructor does not fully initialize the instance. To create a new Annotation applications should use one of the parameter-based constructors.

annotationType
XmlQualifiedName

The type name of the annotation.

Guid

The GUID for the annotation.

This constructor is used by the WPF serialization infrastructure and should not be used directly under ordinary circumstances.
