Remarks

Typically, the GetHelpTextCore method returns a string that is the same text that the control provides in the tooltip. This method calls the AutomationProperties.GetHelpText method to get the value. AutomationProperties.GetHelpText returns a value only when the AutomationProperties.HelpText property is set. You can override GetHelpTextCore and add logic to provide the help text in a way that makes sense for your UIElement3D.
