DataGridView.OnCellStateChanged(DataGridViewCellStateChangedEventArgs) Method

Raises the CellStateChanged event.

 virtual void OnCellStateChanged(System::Windows::Forms::DataGridViewCellStateChangedEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnCellStateChanged (System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewCellStateChangedEventArgs e);
abstract member OnCellStateChanged : System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewCellStateChangedEventArgs -> unit
override this.OnCellStateChanged : System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewCellStateChangedEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnCellStateChanged (e As DataGridViewCellStateChangedEventArgs)

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnCellStateChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding OnCellStateChanged(DataGridViewCellStateChangedEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnCellStateChanged(DataGridViewCellStateChangedEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
