The resource key for the SolidColorBrush that paints the text of an inactive window's title bar. This brush's IsFrozen property is true, so it cannot be modified.

Remarks

Use the InactiveCaptionTextBrushKey to create a dynamic reference to the brush that paints the text of an inactive window's title bar. This dynamic reference will automatically update if the brush is changed. To create a static reference that does not update automatically, use InactiveCaptionTextBrush.
