XmlNavigatorFilter.MoveToFollowingSibling(XPathNavigator) Method

Definition

Repositions the navigator to the sibling matching content node or descendent and skips over filtered nodes. If there are no matching nodes, the navigator does not move and the method returns false.

This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Parameters

navigator
XPathNavigator

An instance of the XPathNavigator class.

Returns

true if the navigator is repositioned on the next element sibling with a matching name, otherwise, false.

Remarks

This is an abstract class and the filter, such as an element name, used to reposition the navigator is not defined by this class but by the class that derives from this class.
