Update about technical support for Dynamics partners and customers effective October 1

Overview

Microsoft is updating the technical support experience for Dynamics customers.

As part of this change, we will remove the ability to create and view technical support requests in https://support.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness. This change will go into effect on October 1, 2020.  

After October 1, 2020 incidents can be logged and purchased in Services Hub at https://serviceshub.microsoft.com/support/contactsupport. 

This change only impacts where customers create and view technical support incidents. There are no changes to existing customer support plans and SLAs. CustomerSource login credentials will be recognized, and any prepaid or performance-based incidents will be available in the new support experiences.
