We will be making changes to our Dynamics 365 HR solutions portfolio to refocus our investments. On February 1, 2020, our current core HR capabilities will be renamed Dynamics 365 Human Resources. The new name reflects our commitment to helping HR professionals create data-driven programs that improve the employee experience.

With the introduction of Dynamics 365 Human Resources, we will be discontinuing sales for Dynamics 365 Talent as of February 1, 2020. The Attract and Onboard applications will be discontinued. We will run these services for two years or until the customer contract ends, whichever occurs first. We will work to transition Attract and Onboard customers to a comparable solution, including LinkedIn Talent Hub. Check out Overview of Dynamics 365 Human Resources 2019 release wave 2 to learn about upcoming capabilities for core HR. You can find more information about this announcement at Retiring Dynamics 365 Talent: Attract and Onboard apps.
