Analytics overview

Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent for Customer Service analytics pages contain a variety of charts that show you key performance indicators for your bot, give you graphical views of the trends and breakdowns in your bot's support topics, and use artificial intelligence technology to highlight support topics that are having the greatest impact on your bot's performance.

You can display Summary and Customer satisfaction pages by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the page. The Summary page is displayed by default.

You can display the Topic details page by selecting the Detail link for a topic in any of the charts on the Summary or Customer Satisfaction page.

You can download information from your customer service sessions by selecting the Sessions page.
