Returns a Boolean value to indicate whether the outbound communication (ClickToAct) is enabled or not.

Syntax

Microsoft.CIFramework.getClickToAct(value).then(successCallback, errorCallback);

Description: Returns Promise object with the value. True if ClickToAct is enabled; false otherwise.
