Get started with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Web API (client-side JavaScript)

In HTML web resources, form scripts, or ribbon commands you can use JavaScript to perform operations on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement data using the Web API introduced with Dynamics 365 (online).

If you are using the Dynamics 365 (online), version 9.0, use the new Xrm.WebApi client API methods to use Web API with JavaScript and web resources.

If you are using an earlier version of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, follow instruction available at Get started with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Web API (client-side JavaScript)
