Overview of Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets

Most of the topics in this guide apply to Dynamics 365 (online), version 9.x. Some apply to both 9.x and 8.x. Review the Applies to at the top of each topic. Topics in the Version 8.x folder, apply to 8.x only. To determine your revision of Dynamics 365 (online), in the upper-right corner of your Dynamics 365 screen, choose the Settings gear (User settings button) > About.

Use the Dynamics 365 for phones and Dynamics 365 for tablets apps for your sales, customer service, field service, and other tasks when you're on the go. With one download from your app store, you’ll automatically have access to all the apps you need for your role. You will see apps with the new Unified Interface on your mobile device.
